This key role on the Performance Marketing Analytics team will help monitor the performance of our large marketing budgets. This position will work directly within the Marketing Analytics team, and will be responsible for reporting, attribution and customer lifetime value across multiple channels and multiple websites to drive short and long-term revenue and profitability. Using Looker, Excel, SQL, R or Python this person will work to surface results, insights and help communicate them to various business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in reporting system data-driven/multi-touch attribution or customer lifetime value in addition to manipulating and analyzing large data sets and creating reporting dashboards.


  • Key areas within the role
    • Own reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, improving and automating the current workflow and Looker dashboards 
    • Manage attribution process across multiple marketing channels, website and devices, utilizing Google 360 and incrementality testing
    • Drive customer lifetime value analysis and manage predicted customer lifetime value channel tests 
  • Work closely with the Finance Team and Merchandising Team to align on business goals and clearly communicate with the Performance Marketing Team on recent changes (knowledge of forecasting models is a plus)
  • Assist in the preparation of board presentations on a quarterly basis
  • Ensure data collection is optimized to provide crystal-clear visibility into the past, present, and future behaviors of our customers
  • Pursue data quality, troubleshoot data validation, and see issues thru to resolution


  • 3-5 years of analytical work experience in retail/E-Commerce
    • Particular knowledge of Attribution implementation (data-driven/multitouch), applications of customer lifetime value,  A/B testing are highly preferred
  • Technically proficient in SQL and/or LookML, R or Python is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in Web Analytics tools like Google 360 
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with an obsession to detail and quality
  • Exceptional work ethic and proven ability to overcome obstacles to deliver results
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or Marketing (with an analytic focus) from a top educational institution or other quantitative fields with relevant business experience also considered.
