Product Manager, Checkout & Payments (REMOTE)

  • Responsible for understanding the customer through user testing, web analytics, and interviews
  • Experiment and test to optimize our eCommerce KPIs within our acquisition and conversion funnels. Use data to design A/B tests and inform your recommendations and decisions
  • General process and communications with product management and other stakeholders
  • Understanding business user needs, collaborate with tech teams, stakeholder management
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic goals
  • Engage with business teams on tough trade-off decisions
  • Constantly communicate product status, key issues, and launch plans to keep key partners apprised across the organization
  • Lead product team in discovery, design, implementation, and measurement of new product features
  • Write user stories with detailed requirements and clear acceptance criteria
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives
  • Ensure quality products are being delivered to customers and lead acceptance testing activities
  • Present during companywide product demos


  • 2+ years of Digital Product Management experience at a best-in-class ecommerce or technology company, working with backend and frontend tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Passion for consumer Internet, customer advocacy and building amazing products
  • Product management and/or product design experience with Internet products and technologies
  • Ability to drive products from ideation to shipment
  • Exceptional analytical skills to support data driven decision making
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Exceptional organization, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills


  • Strong understanding of E-commerce and Product Management fundamentals and workflows
  • Experience with platform, native, API Product Management
  • Ideally has experience with checkout and payments in in e-commerce, retail, digital media or financial services industries
  • Experience defining strategic vision and tactical execution to build large scale payments platforms
  • Experience in Optimizely or other A/B testing tools
  • Experience with Google 360/Adobe Analytics reporting
