Your Role:
- Lead and mentor counselors to ensure high-quality patient care
- Oversee intake operations and patient screenings
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations
- Monitor treatment plans and facilitate performance improvements
- Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment
What You Bring:
- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working with individuals facing substance use challenges
- A non-judgmental, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Salary Range:
Salary ranges from $58,000.00 - $64,000.00 annualized.
The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.
