SAP SuccessFactors Administrator (SAP SF)
Description
Experience:
System Administration:
- Manage the daily operations and support of the SAP SF system, including user administration, security roles, permissions, and hierarchy management.
- Configure SAP SF modules based on business requirements and best practices.
- Demonstrate expertise knowledge of the SAP SF Platform and general knowledge of all modules
- Ensure the SAP SF system and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, regulations, and guidelines
System Maintenance:
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, and perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Understand applicable Release Notes and how upgrades will impact this specific SuccessFactors instance
User Support and Training:
- Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Provide ongoing training and support to HR staff and end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the system.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Proficiency in basic XML concepts, as XML is utilized in various forms within the SuccessFactors Platform
- Competency in the SAP SF out-of-the box reporting capability
- Understanding of authorization concepts and the ability to maintain them such as role-based permissions (RBP).
- Knowledge of integration basics and tools, including familiarity with flat files, APIs, connectors, etc.
- Basic development skills as SAP SF utilizes the MDF object-low code platform, enabling customers to enhance the solution.
