Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and lead project team meetings, including regular check-ins, risk assessments, and issue resolution sessions.
  • Track and maintain key project documentation, such as decision logs, lessons learned, and project schedule delay logs.
  • Oversee Change Control workflows, ensuring all records are compliant with Quality Assurance standards.
  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones.
  • Develop and deliver presentations for the Change Review Board (CRB) to get approval for project initiation.
  • Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and risk management.

 

Skills:

  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Project
  • Document management Systems (KNEAT/Veeva Vault)
  • Change Control Management System (Track Wise)
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business
  • Passionate about Project Management
  • Understanding of GMP or highly regulated environments
