Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead project team meetings, including regular check-ins, risk assessments, and issue resolution sessions.
- Track and maintain key project documentation, such as decision logs, lessons learned, and project schedule delay logs.
- Oversee Change Control workflows, ensuring all records are compliant with Quality Assurance standards.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones.
- Develop and deliver presentations for the Change Review Board (CRB) to get approval for project initiation.
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and risk management.
Skills:
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Project
- Document management Systems (KNEAT/Veeva Vault)
- Change Control Management System (Track Wise)
- Communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business
- Passionate about Project Management
- Understanding of GMP or highly regulated environments
