Join our dynamic and growing North America sales team!

 

As Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play an important role in our sales and marketing organizations, managing and enriching lead flow, qualifying and converting marketing qualified leads, and generating pipeline for the sales organization.

 

This is an individual contributor role that reports to our Director, Lead Development who values in-the-moment coaching, weekly one-on-ones as well as autonomy to allow you to own your success.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

These may include but are not limited to:

  • Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team through inbound lead qualification.
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn and Zoominfo to clean and enhance data of MQLs.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (meetings completed and opportunity sourced.)
  • Gain/deepen business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are and challenges they face every day.
  • Understand prospect pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs.
  • Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives, Sales Directors and the Marketing Org for qualified meetings.
  • Occasional travel within the region.

 

Experience

  • B2B telephone lead generation or Sales experience (preferred), or entry level
  • IT or Software Solutions sales (highly desired)
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense and Drift (preferred).

  • Desire to start or grow your tech sales career.
  • Ability to have discussions at all levels within all businesses from Enterprise to mid-market across all sectors.
  • High energy, results oriented, self-motivated/self-reliant, team player that can think ‘out of the box’.
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills, able to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to maintain excellent call records.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and have a very stable work history.
  • Ability to think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease.
  • Resilience in the face of objections and rejection.
  • Willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment.
  • Ability to motivate yourself and your teammates.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $50,000 to $65,000.  This job is also eligible for commission/variable pay.  Individual base salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our benefit package includes medical and dental coverage, equity participation plan, 401(k) plan, and a wide range of paid time off options.
