Job Summary 

The Senior Manager, Pricing will be the subject matter expert on all things related to building and implementing competitive pricing strategies to increase sales and profits. This role will play a key role within the organization by using a data-driven approach to make strategic recommendations and drive understanding of our fast-growing business. 

Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company’s pricing strategy including price modeling and margin analysis  
  • Build, maintain, and champion a full suite of pricing rules, policies, strategies, and operating procedures 
  • Develop dynamic pricing tools to track and evaluate market price movements and product positioning that allow for the company to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends 
  • Establish appropriate key performance indicators and develop an analytics dashboard that allows key stakeholders consistent visibility into overall performance 
  • Analyze historical data from a variety of sources and use statistical modelling methods to derive insights into pricing strategies, and how they will impact profitability and sales volume 
  • Build mechanisms to monitor feedback and performance due to price changes 
  • Develop price testing programs and tools to gain deeper insights on price elasticity and behavior around price changes 
  • Responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering presentations to executives 
  • Manage the execution of price communications plans, including the creation and distribution of training and related support materials 


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, marketing, or related field 
  • 5+years’ experience analyzing complex and large data sets of market and pricing trends and recommending actions 
  • Experience building sophisticated analytical models in business context  
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data management • Project management, prioritization, and organizational skills 
  •  Proven ability to operate as an influencer and subject matter expert to drive pricing excellence and capabilities across multiple functions 
  • Attention to detail, action-oriented and impact driven 
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Executive presence and strong commercial acumen
