Job Summary
We’re looking for a data-driven and resourceful Demand Planning Analyst to help shape how we forecast, plan, and execute against demand across our growing business. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the broader S&OP team, along with partners in Commercial, FP&A, and IT, to develop accurate forecasts, optimize inventory, and improve visibility into our supply and demand performance.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. We’re still building and refining our tools and processes, so a willingness to be scrappy, creative, and solution-oriented is key.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement demand forecasting models using historical sales data, promotional calendars, and market insights in partnership with Retail, Wholesale, and FP&A teams.
- Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and product performance to improve forecast accuracy and drive actionable insights.
- Partner with the Inventory team to monitor stock levels, allocate product, and proactively address potential shortages or overages.
- Produce and maintain weekly/monthly reporting dashboards to track forecast accuracy and other key S&OP metrics.
- Support mid- to long-term demand and supply planning, scenario modeling, and business planning cycles.
- Maintain and enhance demand planning tools and data systems, working closely with IT and S&OP leadership.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to building scalable planning capabilities as the organization grows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 3–4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-growing or resource-constrained environment (bonus points if you’ve helped build processes from scratch).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Equivalent combination of work/education experience accepted
