What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting the Sales Directors in meetings and surpassing multi-million-dollar revenue targets by identifying new or bolt on connected device and/or value-added services opportunities and aligning our solutions to win business.
- Helping develop the go to market strategy and execute on it for your specific target accounts.
- Identifying customers’ needs and provide direction to internal product stakeholders to improve on overall Ayla solution.
- Driving technical responses to customer RFPS
- Communicating with your customers during pilots and after and explaining progress and value that’s been uncovered by leveraging the Ayla solution.
- Looking for upsell opportunities both in going wider (more data sources) and deeper (more integrations) with your customers.
- Developing end-to-end solutions based on customer requirements.
- Providing technical support to customers and sales team as needed to supplement Ayla’s customer support organization.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ Years of Experience in Internet of Things technologies especially related to in-home Automation.
- Experience with home networking technologies, especially Wi-Fi and BLE.
- Experience with scripting and embedding programing.
- BS/MS in Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Good interpersonal skills, complimented by demonstrable customer facing experience.
- Background in Professional Services organizations, including the development of Statements of Work (SOW) is a plus.
