The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Manager, Supply Chain Systems to lead, coordinate, and support the end-to-end implementation of the supply chain module within our ERP system. The individual will support the project planning, configuration, go-live, and post-implementation phase, with a specific focus on optimizing supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong project management skills, in-depth Supply Chain knowledge within Pharma/Biotech, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. This position will work cross-functionally with finance, IT, Quality Assurance, and regulatory affairs.
What You Will Contribute
- Project leadership
- Support the execution of a comprehensive ERP implementation plan for the supply chain module, including the scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure alignment with overall organizational goals by collaborating with multiple departments (Finance, IT, Quality Assurance, etc)
- Stakeholder Management
- Service as the primary Supply Chain SME for internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and consultants involved in the supply chain implementation
- Communicate the project status, milestones, and potential risks to leadership and key stakeholders on a regular basis
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely decision-making and issue resolution.
- ERP configuration and implementation
- Collaborate with supply chain process owners to confirm the requirements, define system configuration, and recommend best practices for the main supply chain requirements
- Collaborate with Finance team to align on the supply chain requirements and impact to their processes
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing activities to ensure data accuracy and optimal functionality for supply chain workflows
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate training session to ensure smooth transition to the new system for Supply Chain, Finance, and QA team
- Collaborate with Quality team to validate the system and create SOPs
- Post implementation Support
- Provide ongoing support to end users post go-live, troubleshooting issues, ensuring rapid resolution of problems within the supply chain module
- Monitor and manage da-t-day data entry activities to ensure accurate recording of transactions such as demand forecast, batch orders, month end inventory, shipments, and other supply chain processes
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and suggest enhancements or upgrades based on the changing supply chain needs
- Continuous improvement
- Lead process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce operational costs, and increase user satisfaction across the supply chain
What We Seek
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or related field required
- 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with at least 2-4 years of Supply Chain management
- Strong end-to-end Supply Chain expertise (demand planning, supply planning, procurement, production, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution)
- Demonstrated experience managing full project life cycle implementations (planning, configuration, testing, go-live, and support) with a focus on supply chain modules
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) but not required
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional team, manage complex project plans, and effectively navigate ambiguity
- Solid track record in stakeholder management, vendor relations, and budget oversight
- Highly proactive and organized with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate constructive and expedient problem-solving.
- Demonstrated excellent communication (oral and written), teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as needed
What We Will Provide to You:
- The base salary range for this role is $147,250 - $162,750. The final compensation will be commensurate with relevant experience, skillset, internal equity, and market factors.
