The Opportunity 
The Market Research Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting and managing our Insights generation across programs and functions. In this role, you will provide support on many operational aspects of primary research from questionnaire development through report development to ensure external and internal client needs are met on time and to the highest quality control standards.  
What You Will Contribute 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and execute on an Insights & Analytics plan 
  • Work with different teams to support development and execution of market research projects and events (e.g. ad boards) 
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure research materials are developed and reviewed in an appropriate and timely manner. 
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a platform for tracking all market research activities. 
  • Work with external vendors and internal cross-functional partners with quality control processes throughout the research lifecycle, including tasks such as: questionnaire and basic survey logic proofing, monitoring participant recruitment for qualitative projects.  
  • Work closely with the teams and vendors to select appropriate research methods, design research, conduct insightful analysis, and deliver strategic insights. 
  • Collaborate with the team so that projects are done well, on time, on budget and on strategy. 
  • Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Provide administrative support for market research activities and initiatives, such as planning team meetings and trainings. 
What We Seek 
  • 3+ years’ experience in market research and communications, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. 
  • BS/BA degree in market research or a related field required. 
  • Project management experience desired. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required for communication with management, clients, related departments, agencies, vendors, and colleagues. 
  • Copywriting/editing skills are helpful. 
What We Will Provide to You 
  • The base salary range for this role is $88,100 - $97,400. The final compensation will be commensurate with such factors as relevant experience, skillset, internal equity and market factors.
