Your day-to-day: 
Talent Acquisition:  
  • Facilitates recruitment life cycle activities to include creating job requisitions, external job posting on career sites, job description support and background checks.
  • Coordinate all pre-hire activities with hiring manager, IT and Finance team.
  • Partner with hiring managers and support the onboarding of employees by ensuring proper paperwork is completed and employee electronic records / Timesheets are setup properly in ADP.
  • Provide onsite support for in-person panel interviews.
  • Lead the orientation/on-boarding process for new associates. Implement process improvements where needed.
  • Heavy schedule and coordination of interviews and provide excellent candidate experience.
  • Greet and escort candidates to the interview room and coordinate tests, tours, and breaks.

  • Book travel and disseminate travel and interview details to candidates.
  • Manage candidate expense reimbursements and department expenses in partnership with the Admin Team.
  • Assist with Talent Acquisition projects as required.
People Operations: 
  • Plan and manage logistics for wellness and team-building events.
  • Coordinate all company events including monthly meetings and seasonal events.
  • Support the team in creating and maintaining an inclusive culture.
  • Organize and maintain the confidential filing system for all team members.
  • Support the People team in providing required reports in support of funding, audits, and/or legal requirements.
  • Update payroll records by entering changes in employee statuses, rates of pay, leave accruals and deductions.
  • Maintain the HR Share drive and update enterprise organizational chart.
  • Coordinate offboarding for departing employees.
  • Support the annual performance review cycle.
Miscellaneous:  
  • Drive process excellence by continuously looking for opportunities to operate more efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor the People mailbox and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Administer harassment prevention training, employment verifications, ongoing employee surveys, purchase requests and invoice management, employee recognition program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What it takes to do this job: 
  • Bring your 3+ years of experience in HR or HR-specific degree/certificate and passion for providing friendly and excellent service to work every day.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:       
  
This role is a full-time position operating Monday through Friday.   
  
Compensation:     
   
We offer competitive compensation packages for this role, including a base salary, equity grants, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.  
  
The compensation range for this role is $28 to $36 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer opportunities for career growth and development as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.
