Your Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Analyst and become a key player in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and equipment for our cutting-edge projects. You'll be at the forefront of negotiating with vendors to secure preferred pricing and contracts while building and maintaining strong relationships within the industry. Your expertise in inventory control systems will shine as you enter orders into D365, and your keen attention to detail will be invaluable in preparing and processing merchandise returns and shipments. As a proactive sourcing expert, you'll scout for new and secondary materials, contributing to the growth and success of our innovative endeavors. - Responsible for placing material and equipment orders.
- Responsible for order follow-up and resolving backorders
- Responsible for negotiating preferred/discount pricing or contract pricing with vendors
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Enters orders into D365 inventory control system.
- Prepares and process the return of merchandise items back to vendors.
- Prepares shipments of materials to clients and outside consultants.
- Source new and secondary materials.
- Prepare and revise internal documentation (RMS’s) for materials
- Backs up and assists Shipping and Receiving Clerk
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 2+ years of material handling and purchasing experience
- Experience with ERP/inventory control systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- D365 experience
- cGMP experience and writing SOP’s, OOL’s and deviation reports

Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation packages for this role, including a base salary, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
