Your Role:
The LIMS Analyst serves as a Quality Control (QC) Administrator for laboratory electronic systems, including LabWare LIMS and MODA. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of QC master data and workflows to support testing, stability, and lot release activities in a GMP-regulated environment. The LIMS Analyst supports data integrity, system reliability, and inspection readiness while enabling efficient QC laboratory operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a QC Administrator for LabWare LIMS and MODA, supporting QC-owned configurations, workflows, and master data.
- Create, review, approve, and maintain master data including products, item codes, methods, specifications, stability protocols, and sample plans.
- Provide frontline support to QC end users, including account setup, role management, troubleshooting, and training.
- Test, maintain, and update existing LIMS and MODA modules to ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance.
- Support implementation of new system modules and enhancements in collaboration with IT, QA, and system vendors.
- Document functional requirements, process flows, and configuration changes in accordance with change control requirements.
- Execute system testing activities, including preparation of test plans, test scripts, and evaluation of results.
- Support validation activities, including protocol review and execution support.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials related to QC administration of LIMS and MODA.
- Identify system issues or design gaps and propose compliant, practical solutions to support QC operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to QC electronic systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline plus
- 2–5 years of experience supporting laboratory electronic systems (e.g., LIMS, MODA) in a GMP-regulated environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with system administration, configuration, master data setup, documentation, and system testing is required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This role is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM unless otherwise stated by Supervisor. The employee must also, if instructed, have the ability to work overtime and/or weekends when necessary.
Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation packages for this role, including a base salary, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
The compensation range for this role is $71,200 - $80,100 annually depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer opportunities for career growth and development as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
