Your Role:  
Join us as a Sr. Manufacturing Technician Support! From overseeing the execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to managing inventory levels and training the cleaning crew, you will be instrumental in upholding Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Assist in health & safety program implementation and maintenance, including but not limited to: PPE hazard assessment and certification, Emergency Action Plan, chemical inventory and SDS management, respiratory protection, laboratory safety.  
  • Escorts contracted cleaning personnel in Franklin and Myford GMP facilities. 
  • Oversees cleaning by contracted cleaning personnel is executed per current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensures contracted cleaning personnel complete required GMP room cleaning documentation daily.
  • Responsible for reviewing and submitting completed room cleaning logs and associated room cleaning documents.
  • Performs cleaning of GMP facilities. 
  • Responsible for maintaining a sufficient minimum inventory level of standard stock materials, including but not limited to all gowning supplies are restocked as required so manufacturing operations are not interrupted.
  • Responsible for replacing soiled/dirty laundry containers when full.
  • Responsible for preparing soiled/dirty laundry containers for weekly pick-up.
  • Responsible for scheduled physical inventory of gowning supplies with gowning vendor(s).
  • Responsible for ordering gowning and room cleaning supplies as necessary so manufacturing operations are not interrupted.
  • Responsible for training contracted cleaning crew employees on Franklin and Myford facility cleaning procedures and associated SOPs.
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining a sufficient inventory of general supplies for production operations, including but not limited to clean room wipes, hairnets, shoe covers, gloves (sterile and non-sterile), facemasks and beard covers, autoclave pouches and tape, clean room tape, equipment, and in-process status labels, etc).
  • Responsible for maintaining operational areas by ensuring that manufacturing clean rooms are neat and orderly, in accordance with cGMPs.
  • Follows Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices and maintains a current GMP document-training log.
  • Ensures that equipment used in the GMP facility is in working order and is properly maintained.
  • Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
  • Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • A high school diploma and three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to gown for an ISO 7 (class 10,000) cleanroom environment and work in a class 100 biosafety cabinet.
Preferred Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a science preferred but not required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:  
This role is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work are Wednesday through Saturday on a 4x10 (4 days x 10 hours) schedule. Must have the ability to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays when necessary.   
  
Compensation:

The compensation range for this role is $20.53 to $27.36 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer opportunities for career growth and development as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
