Correspondence Management Analyst

AVER is seeking a Correspondence Management Analyst to support our client by providing task management and administrative support for leadership within several organizational divisions. Responsibilities Include:
- Provide comprehensive task management support controlling the information flow for senior leadership within the organization, performing in-depth content reviews and quality control on reporting requests, metrics, and various organizational artifacts and correspondences.
- Monitor, measure, and coordinate the management of tracking systems, data flow and metrics
- Establish metrics to measure quality, timeliness, and accuracy of tasks to improve performance
- Maintain knowledge management sites that house task and all documentation related to the tasks
- Coordinate with offices within and outside of the client on tasks
- Develop, implement, and refine existing tasking systems and suggest changes to improve the systems and their functionality
- Review and improve the management of tasks at all levels and recommend improvements
- Create and maintain deliverables and update SharePoint sites accordingly
- Creating daily status reports
- Create, maintain, and distribute reporting of all open deliverables daily to all division level employees
- Maintain COOP contact lists on a quarterly basis
- Utilize experience and expertise to identify and perform process improvement activities to further advance operational capabilities
- Assist in calendar management coordinating and scheduling meetings (including division and branch level meetings and events) like town halls, scheduling high-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meeting space, and assist in the development of agendas, briefing materials, meeting minutes, after action items, and presentations
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant tasking, management analyst, project coordination, correspondence analysis, and administrative experience
- Experience with Federal programs relevant to the requirements outlined above.
- Proven record of providing superior customer service to senior leadership, individuals, and organizations
- Ability to draft, develop, and edit content in various tools and formats
- Ability to add value to customer interactions
- Ability to employ knowledge management techniques (SharePoint)
- Experience in process mapping and documentation
- Experience with process analysis and developing workflow strategies
- Excellent organization skills: ability to track multiple tasks with various stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate effective decision-making techniques
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience coordinating site visits and training events in terms of schedule, funding, logistics, and communications.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience supporting Federal agencies, more specifically DHS, with the tasks listed above
- Very strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Ability to work within a fast-paced work environment
Location:
- HYBRID (On site two days a week in Washington, DC)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance (Public Trust)
- This role supports a government agency which requires U.S. Citizenship
