Partner Strategy, Planning and Transformation Manager

This position will play a critical role in enabling strategic partner management and business development organization's success. We are not looking for someone to check the boxes but rather someone who can build the box's framework and execute it. Job Duties
• Primary support function of vertical GMs to understand, plan and transform their book of business to meet board goals
• Formulate strategic program models needed to capture, measure, and improve profitability and efficiency
• Develop and drive KPIs that accurately reflect the business
• Create and document playbooks, dashboards, and models, enabling repeatable processes and scale

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience acquiring, manipulating, analyzing data to formulate conclusions and action items
• Advanced SQL data manipulation language (DML) required to self-serve data needs for analysis
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
• Highly proficient in all applications of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, finance, or similar discipline required

Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to build quantitative models and structured problem solving
• Prior experience in a consulting or a mature start-up preferred
• Experience in SFDC, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI strongly preferred
• MBA preferred
