We are building cloud-based tax compliance solutions to handle every transaction in the world. Nearly every time you make a purchase, physical or digital, there is an accompanying unique and nuanced tax compliance calculation.

The Partner Development team is seeking a detail-oriented and creative strategic initiatives manager to help standardize strategic processes to optimize efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance. This is an internal-facing role that requires the ability to organize, synthesize and present information effectively to impact strategic decisions.

We are looking to add your talent and passion for working cross-functionally with multiple teams to document solutions and build playbooks for programmatic success. By setting up feedback loops for further refinement and improvements, your entrepreneurial spirit to test and execute new ideas quickly will be highly valuable.

Job Duties

  • Develop and optimize documentation to standardize internal business processes

  • Research, gather and present information to propose data-driven solutions

  • Lead and drive internal meetings for cross-team projects and alignment sessions

  • Leverage tools and systems to transparently track initiatives and share progress

  • Create feedback loop strategies to refine and improve new or changed practices

  • Present new ideas to multiple groups to help propel positive change management

Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong ability to organize, synthesize and simplify information quickly

  • Concise and efficient communicator with an ability to present information in visual ways

  • Bias for documentation and sharing best practices with the team

  • Team-oriented with the ability to internally build relationships and work cross-functionally

  • Passion for learning new tools and platforms to optimize operational tasks and processes

  • Results driven, self-motivated go-getter with high business acumen

  • Adaptable with the talent to present and develop solutions with a “good, better, best” approach

  • Required: PowerPoint, Excel, Word

  • Highly preferred (in order of priority): Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau

  • Not required, but nice to have: HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, SQL
