We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team.

As our ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for collaborating with the existing internal ServiceNow team (and customers) following industry standards towards the configuration, development, support and maintenance of the ServiceNow application.
You will work with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs and key ITIL processes like Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and other modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and enhance the core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident Management, Change Management, Knowledge Base, Problem Management, and Reporting
  • Integrate data from multiple data sources into a unified CMDB, ensuring data quality and integrity are maintained
  • Developing user friendly catalog items with experience writing workflows
  • Administration of ServiceNow platform, including issue and performance mitigation and health checks
  • Write clear, concise and accurate technical documentation, like requirements, system design, use case diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams
  • Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Load and manage Update Sets between ServiceNow instances
  • Hands-on implementation and support experience with ServiceNow ITSM application suite
  • Hands-on experience working with implementing and supporting the following ServiceNow platform features/functions including CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Workflows, Knowledge, Change, business rules, workflow, widgets, interfaces, API and software integrations, user interface policies, server and client scripts
  • Integrate ServiceNow applications with 3rd party partners to support the data migration.
  • Perform data load, mapping, and transforming, Dashboards, Access Controls, Database Views, User interfaces (forms and navigation), Scheduled jobs/reports
  • Assist with the implementation of CSM (Customer Service Management) functionality as per customer requirements aligned to ServiceNow OOB offerings

Requirements:

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role and with ITIL and CSM processes
  • 4+ years of experience in analysis, design, development and implementation of ServiceNow applications
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist CSM
  • Knowledge of CSM (Customer Service Management) concepts is required in addition to ServiceNow ITSM modules
  • ITIL v3 Foundations Certification a plus
  • Excellent communications skills required - verbally with all levels of customer IT and business management, as well as written with technical assessments and project related reports
  • Demonstrated self-direction and attention to detail with ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with short deadlines
  • Strong organization and process improvement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience or familiarity with agile development and testing methodology
