Support Consultant (EDI/EAI/E-Invoicing) A143
An exciting opportunity to join our Customer Support Team. You will be the first port of call for our customers, providing first-time resolution, troubleshooting issues as well as working with other teams for bug fixes, change, enhancements and new release upgrades and installations.
Responding to customer questions regarding our EDI and e-invoicing Cloud Services
Reviewing, triaging, and prioritizing support tickets to meet department SLAs and CSAT goals, with expected clarity and quality of documentation
Communicate clearly and precisely in written and verbal form, maintaining accurate and timely records in our ticket tracking systems
Multi-tasking, thinking critically, being a problem solver, working independently as much as possible, and knowing when to reach out for assistance
Drive a proactive and simplified customer interaction for escalated issues
Being an expert on the various INPOSIA EDI and e-invocing Cloud Services with knowledge of common EDI standards like, EDIFACT, VDA, ANSI, Tradacoms
Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests
Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels
Improve usage and increase the productivity of IT support resources
Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Solve medium to high complexity application related incidents coming from end-users
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent education
Ability to diagnose and address ERP and EDI application issues
Experience with integration platforms or with common EAI/EDI standards and technologies (e.g., EDIFACT, VDA, ANSI, XML, IDoc, SOAP, REST, AS2, SFTP, ALE, etc.) is desirable.
Ability to learn employer-specific software
Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Complex problem solving and high attention to details
Good verbal and written communication skills – German and/or English
Quick comprehension and a high level of logical thinking
Initiative and flexibility, independent and systematic in the approach
