  • Review Job Description to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well as to ask questions that’ll help you identify the right candidates
  • Understand technology, technical roles and business requirement, as well as research on new technologies used by our IT teams
  • Source potential candidates from platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn as well as on niche platforms, like Google, Github and other social media channels
  • Utilize other sourcing channels like: Referrals, ATS database, Website responses, Vendors etc.
  • Specialized skills to Screen, ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description
  • Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc. to assess their fitment
  • Effective follow ups and status update, keep your candidates in the loop/network to build your credibility and keep your candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals to you
  • Effective email writing skills. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 Years of solid experience into Technology Hiring
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Technical/IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Interview scheduling, Feedbacks, Reports, Database)
  • Solid understanding of Hiring practices and market scenarios
  • Degree in Human Resources Management and IT is preferred.

Must Have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for Hiring
  • Current trends and technology knowledge

Good to Have:

  • Working experience with a Product based IT Company
  • Hiring experience into Microsoft Stack, Cloud and ERPs
