Sales Technology Specialist - Revenue Operations

What you will do:

  • Lead to Sale Technology stack administration and support (ChiliPiper, Outreach)
  • Support design and enhancements to existing Routing Rules and operations, using different technologies like Distribution engine & LeanData
  • Create and update Process documentation and build process by using tools like WalkMe, ExecVision, and others
  • Document and evaluate current processes and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Support and launch technologies like Outreach, Chili Piper, and others
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team and organization as a whole
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, or equivalent sciences
  • 2+ yeas Sales experience (Inside Sales or Sales Development experience okay)
  • 4+ years Administrative experience specializing in operational support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com (CRM)
  • Proficiency with SalesLoft, WalkMe, Chili Piper, and other technologies a plus
  • Experience with Miro Board or other mind/process mapping software
