Web Content Manager

You will become part of a close-knit of marketers, covering loyalty, partner events, demand generation, and online marketing, from our amazing Brighton head office.
We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on and strategic B2B Web Content Manager to take on the day-to-day running of various websites across the EMEA region. This is a new position, due to growth within the EMEA marketing team, and will report to the Senior Growth Marketer. The role will involve working with stakeholders across the business on planning, developing and execution of web content.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building new web content to best practices
- Day to day running of websites, including optimisation of existing content
- Maintain a strong internal/external link strategy
- Identify trends and insights to maximise exposure of web content across SURP’s
- Work cross functionally to improve website functionality
- Create, update, and maintain regular performance reports to share with internal teams
The ideal candidate will be a team player with exceptional attention to detail, an understanding of technology, and a head for numbers. You will be commercially astute and have a keen interest in how your work will help to tell the story for the organisation and increase positive brand perception.
You are creative, analytical, pragmatic and be able to provide recommendations .You are detail focused and able to plan well; you will look ahead, raise issues, provide solutions, and hit deadlines.
Very strong communicator, demonstrating strong written,verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience of running B2B websites
- Content marketing strategy
- Understanding of SEO
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Adobe AEM
- Superb communication skills - able to build relationships both internally with colleagues and externally
- Excel Skills, ability to carry out data analysis by utilising advanced formulas and features
- A genuine interest and passion for technology and digital
- Highly organised
- Outcome focused, analytical problem solver.
