Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Content and Communications Manager on our Sales Enablement team to manage content repositories and sales communications. This role will be responsible for managing and designing the content repository for sales resources and documentation, as well as launch and maintain an innovated sales enablement platform that will deliver relevant content to our sales teams at the moment of need. This role will work with various teams across the company (marketing, sales, customer support, etc) to ensure our content is up to date and relevant.

Job Duties

  • Design and own the architecture for overall content/knowledge repository implementation
  • Own the process of managing all content, as well as maintenance revision schedules
  • Work cross functionally to ensure all content is up to date
  • Build and run custom reports for content/knowledge platforms
  • Manage and administrate sales content and knowledge repositories, including file sharing content platform.
  • Design and own the architecture for overall content/knowledge repository implementation
  • Own the process of managing all content, as well as maintenance schedules

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ experience building and managing content repositories and processes
  • Strong project and program management skills and high attention to detail
  • 5-7 years’ experience administering Knowledge Base Systems
  • Ability to work with senior executives
  • Ability and desire to work cross-functionally
