We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sr. UX Program Manager to join our team.

We're looking for a Sr. UX Program Manager to drive scaling our processes so we can continue to deliver outstanding user experiences in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

In this role, you'll help us improve the way we work across design, content, and user research in partnership with product management and engineering.
Collaborating across teams and disciplines, you'll pilot best practices to validate they'll help us move faster and have more impact, coach colleagues through change, and reinforce a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
As our processes mature, your focus will likely shift to resource planning, guiding high-importance projects through the design life cycle, and partnering with our team's leadership to on large, strategic programs.

Responsibilities: 

  • Weave design, content, and user research disciplines into the Agile SDLC processes used by our product management and engineering disciplines 

  • Lead the effort on refining the way our team works, with a preference for lightweight and scalable processes 

  • Bring best practices from across the industry to bear as you support a growing team on design, content, and research efforts that range from open-ended discovery through design development, content strategy, handoff to engineering, and iteration

  • Contribute to the development of a framework for UX artifacts and resources that increase accountability and visibility into the role of UX in product development

  • Enable evidence-driven design practices that incorporate real customer experiences and outcomes into our products

  • Develop sustainable practices to enable, measure and track continuous product and process improvement

  • Lead UX resource planning activities in alignment with Product Management and Engineering at quarterly and annual cadences 

  • Strengthen collaboration and communication within and across teams through coaching, training, and hands-on facilitation  

Qualifications: 

  • You know that relationships matter, and you take pride in being part of a high-performing team  

  • You pair exceptional verbal and written communication skills with empathy 

  • You can track all the details even as you juggle multiple competing priorities 

  • You have at least 5 years experience as a design producer or design program manager and a proven track record delivering multiple cross-functional projects 

  • You have successfully changed the way globally distributed teams get work done 

  • You're willing to roll up your sleeves to get a project done 

  • You've mastered the tools of the trade, including tools like Figma, JIRA, Confluence, and Miro
