Workday - Senior Consultant, Integrations
Description
Avaap is looking for strong Workday Senior Integration Consultants who are eager to take their Workday career to the next level. You’ll join a team of experienced Workday Integration Architects and Leads who implement an array of integrations in various functional areas. Our customer base includes Healthcare, Government, Higher Education, and Commercial industries. We’ve got them all!We’re looking for a Workday Integrations expert to join our rapidly growing Integrations team.
Responsibilities Include
- Help lead clients through Workday development lifecycle from requirements through production go-live
- Collaborate with the Integration Architect and Engagement Manager to help drive project success
- Build strong relationships with customers and the Avaap team
- Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.
- Support internal initiatives to improve processes and procedures
Desired Experiences And Skills
- Prior Consulting Experience
- Prior Lead Workday Integration experience
- Active Workday Implementer Certification(s) required
- Proficiency with XML, XSLT, XPath in an object-oriented programming language
- Detail-oriented individual with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and handle competing priorities while meeting project deadlines
- Academic studies or equivalent experience related to Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a similar program
- Freethinker who will support the practice by creating new efficiencies and improving tools
Pay Transparency
Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.
• Base Salary Range is $110,000 to $155,000 plus 20% variable compensation is available for this specific role. At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.
*During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and should level differ from position applied for, a new compensation range will be provided for the appropriate role.

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively
- Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
- Ability to work remotely or out of one of Avaap’s physical office locations
- Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
