The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Gov Cloud environments, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure-as-code, supporting both commercial and regulated cloud deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administration

- Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations with enterprise identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping).
- Enforce zero-trust security principles and manage authentication policies for SaaS and PaaS systems.
- Database and Platform Services
- Manage Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) instances, including scaling, patching, and backup recovery.
- Support simple PaaS deployments such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder, and APEX.
- Ensure reliable integration and performance between PaaS and Oracle SaaS applications.
- Support for Oracle SaaS Implementations
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams during SaaS implementation and support cycles.
- Provide operational oversight of environments supporting ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, SCM Cloud, and related systems.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, integration, and performance issues between OCI and SaaS environments.
- Monitoring, Automation, and Documentation
- Configure OCI monitoring, logging, and Cloud Guard for environment observability.
- Automate environment provisioning and patching with Terraform, Ansible, or OCI CLI.
- Maintain comprehensive operational and architectural documentation.
- Experience with Government Cloud
- Proven experience deploying and managing Oracle workloads in Oracle Government Cloud (FedRAMP High / IL4) environments.
- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800-53.
- Experience implementing identity federation, encryption, and auditing controls for regulated workloads.
- Understanding of data residency and access control requirements in government or public sector contexts.
- CI/CD Setup and Scripting
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployment using tools like GitHub and Jenkins.
- Automate OCI resource provisioning through Terraform, Resource Manager, or custom scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Integrate code validation, environment testing, and deployment approval workflows into pipeline operations.
- Implement DevOps practices to improve repeatability, reduce downtime, and streamline SaaS environment rollouts.
