We are looking for a responsible Contract Administrator to join our Contracts Operations team. Your main duties will be to assist in the management of all customer contracts – from assignment to execution - and support your regional contracts team.

A successful Contract Administrator will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to manage a large flow of submissions and requests simultaneously. Our ideal candidate has previous experience supporting contracting teams and a history of being a reliable resource in support of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Review contract requests for accuracy and direct through contracting process
  • Support Contract Managers and Sales Team throughout negotiations process
  • Final touchpoint for contracts before managing signature processing
  • Liaison between regional contracting team and Contract Operations, Finance, Order Fulfillment & Sales Operations
  • Track and manage contract request queues
  • Perform regular reviews on aged contracts to ensure completion and archiving
  • Process contract signatures using eSignature applications
  • Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
  • Create process documentation and assist in automating/streamlining current methods
  • Maintain team resources using internal applications and guidelines
  • Be a touchstone for Contracts Managers, as well as those in the Sales org that we support
  • Maintain practices put into place by Contracts Operations and assist in roll outs of future processes.
  • Keep administration playbook up to date

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, OneDrive, eSignature Applications, & Contract Management Applications
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced, ever-evolving, and growing company
  • Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or other relevant role
  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to take direction, as well as think outside of the box to provide solutions
  • Flexible and able to pivot quickly given any situation
  • Self-sufficient, while also productive as a global team member
  • Ability to work as a team with all business partners and at all levels of an organization
