The Opportunity

Due to continued overachievement of targets, internal promotions, and growth of the region, Automation Anywhere are looking for the 3rd time in 12 months to grow the European Sales Development team.

Being a part of the European Business Development Team, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will follow up on inbound leads created from the Regional and Digital Marketing teams. The SDR will efficiently follow up on the inbound leads and creatively reach out to targeted personas to set qualified discovery call meetings for the Account Executive teams.

Responsibilities:

Being an expert at delivering the AAI value proposition from use-case, industry, and functional role perspectives

Able to differentiate our solutions from competitor products and technology

Gaining commitment from the prospect to engage in a meeting

Using specific qualification criteria to determine in-market prospects

Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of all activities and conversations in required systems including SFDC

Taking responsibility for key activity metrics: Phone calls, emails and social networking; Effective conversion rates of assigned leads to MQLs; Meetings, opportunities created and pipeline revenue.
