Our opportunity:

We are looking for a results-oriented, collaborative, self-starting and analytical campaign leader.  You’ll oversee our global campaign function, launching integrated campaigns that employ a wide range of tactics that result in net new opportunities in the sales pipeline. You’ll develop our campaign framework, help us build a campaign cadence, and help us supercharge our growth with target audiences. 

You have a keen ability to look at the big picture, and develop a clear plan forward. You have a track record of designing, implementing and optimizing programs that engage customers at every stage in the funnel to drive business impact. You look at a variety of data - from customer engagement to pipeline metrics to in-market deal wins - to adapt while also keeping an eye toward our long-term goals.  You succeed in building build trusted partnerships across functions, all over the world to scale and grow, together. 

Location:  Remote role - ability to work within any U.S time zone

You will make an impact by being responsible for: 

  • Spearheading marketing campaigns strategy and plans aligned to business goals and strategy 
  • Partnering with regional marketing teams to support their regional-specific marketing campaigns, empowering them to scale global resources, content, tools and processes.
  • Using data and analytics to optimize campaign strategies and programs
  • Providing visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and influence future decisions to optimize campaign strategies
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, sales development, content providers and 3rd party vendors to execute and monitor marketing program performance
  • Project managing content creation and drive collaboration of deliverables across various teams, including product marketing, website, events, social, paid media, communications, operations and more (including videos, infographics, e-books, emails, white papers, booth displays, webinar slides, blogs, social, case studies, webpages, advertising collateral).
  • Working with marketing operations to ensure all tracking requirements are in place for necessary performance reporting.
  • Managing a cadence of reporting, monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • 10+ years overall marketing experience required
  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years experience in B2B integrated marketing or campaign program management
  • Experience marketing to Enterprise audiences preferably in BtoB SaaS, including channels and program types that deliver results across both
  • Solid ability to develop, lead and execute integrated campaigns, programs, events using industry-leading frameworks 
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing technologies
  • Experience working with outbound sales dev team; specifically delivering messaging, value props and questions that set them up for successful interactions audiences targeted by the campaign.
  • Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools; ability to bring in new ideas and best practices

  • A passion for metrics and data to influence decisions; experience using reporting/dashboard tool
