Finance Compensation Manager (FP&A)

In this role as a Finance Compensation Manager (FP&A), you will have an opportunity to demonstrate your strong analytical and modeling skills, and ability to deliver results in a dynamic fast-paced environment. You will partner with the head of Sales Commissions and act as their business and financial advisor to model and forecast the Sales incentive compensation, work with Accounting to facilitate the forecasting for capitalized commissions, and proactively highlight risk and opportunities related to sales performance through data-driven insights and business modeling.
You will also own Financial reporting for the CRO of the company: prepare financial reporting deliverables (month-end close package, variance explanation, forecast package) to enable transparency into the business’s performance and ensure the leadership team is on track to deliver on their goals.
You will drive process improvement initiatives by streamlining, standardizing and automating processes and reporting requirements.
This is an individual contributor position that will report to the Senior Director of FP&A.
Qualifications to succeed:
- 6 - 9 years in FP&A roles, preferably in Sales Finance
- Commission modeling/forecasting experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and partnership skills, as you will be interacting with finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Highly motivated, self-starter to operate in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Proven data modeling/analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Workday and Adaptive experience preferred
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and ability to work toward results; team oriented
- BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA Preferred
