Responsible to provide actionable and strategic insights to empower Marketing teams to make informed, strategic marketing and business decisions for our various web properties. Implement advanced web tracking, conduct deep data analysis and troubleshoot existing configurations using Google Analytics.


Job Description

  • Understand the business requirements to define business needs and goals
  • Lead the development and deployment of analytical strategies for Web Marketing
  • Analyze and present valuable actionable insights and meaningful information through reports & analysis
  • Lead driving core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute multivariate or a/b/c tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience.
  • Map suitable analytics solutions, ensuring that all required performance data can be reliably tracked and reported, ensuring an integrated approach with other service teams
  • Design appropriate measurement strategies and implement complex tracking solutions through Google Tag Manager
  • Determine the best way to monitor Key Performance Indicators
  • Understand the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives
  • Continually test and develop innovative tracking and analytics methodologies
  • Create documentation, both internal and client-facing, that details processes, solutions, or best practices
  • Communicate key findings effectively and ensure that insights that benefit the client are actioned
  • Continually educate businesses on the importance of online measurement & provide best practice guidance for technical aspects of analytics


Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be certified in Google Analytics
  • Strong preference for experience in GA4 and migration to GA4
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end-users and technical resources.
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of working with standard clickstream analysis tools: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, WebTrends
  • Two years of experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research.
  • High level of expertise with Business Intelligence tools
  • Three to five years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills.
  • Three to five years of business analysis experience in large-size companies with multiple functions/business units preferred.
  • Mid-level expertise in the SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies
  • Exposure to project management skills, business process redesign principles, tools and techniques a plus.
