Our Opportunity:

The Channel Renewal Manager is responsible for the Channel renewal of SaaS and maintenance contracts covering North American partners. The renewal manager monitors, manage and forecasts the North America targets and performance goals weekly. The renewal manager engages in challenging negotiations, retains customers, mitigates contraction, and ensures roadblocks to timely renewal. The renewal manager owns the integrity of subscription, maintenance, and term data in Salesforce and reports and prepares monthly reports to the executive level.

Location- position is hybrid - onsite and remote - San Jose, CA

You’ll exceed your targets and be successful by:

  • Own, drive and lead the renewal process in collaboration with customer success, account management, and billing team.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and remove road blockers to ensure on-time renewal
  • Maintain and report an accurate 90-day forecast of renewals
  • Own, drive and lead contraction/churn mitigation.
  • Analyze renewal data and suggest and execute strategies to enhance the overall renewal rate of the business
  • Collaborate with revenue operations, finance, and other departments to maintain the integrity of renewal data in systems
  • Execute mass renewal contract amendment strategies and assist with complex negotiations
  • Driving the qualification, quoting, and Salesforce processes to bring renewals to a close
  • Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly accurately via Salesforce

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel renewal management, preferably within a SaaS model
  • 5+ years of experience in sales methodologies used to prospect within the account, consult with the client on business issues, create and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
  • Salesforce CRM and CPQ experience requires
  • BS/BA degree
