Position Summary:

As a key leader in the Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for evangelizing the front office business for Automation Anywhere. A hands-on leader, you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategy including go-to-market strategy, content creation for marketing and sales materials, and measuring the effectiveness of all marketing programs for Automation Anywhere’s front office offering. You will work on product messaging and sales enablement to ensure that all marketing objectives are met or exceeded.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • A solid understanding and hands-on experience of crafting and executing a global go-to-market plan for enterprise-class software or solutions. The ability to articulate and communicate an end-to-end GTM plan is an important requirement for this role
  • Experience in contact center, front office in the enterprise space is a big plus but not a requirement
  • Demonstrated experience in building, socializing and getting C-level buy-in of global messaging and positioning for an enterprise-class product or platform or solution
  • Experience building and running at least a small team of marketers
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional relationships with other teams including but not limited to product management, sales, sales enablement, partners, demand gen, website, support, customer success and others
  • Ability to communicate effectively to share the product vision, technical details, positioning and messaging to stakeholders across all departments and org layers
  • Demonstrated experience to be the sole person responsible for the global success or failure of a flagship technology of strategic importance to the company

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years marketing experience, creating product messaging and running programs
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA would be ideal
  • Experience in contact center, front office in the enterprise space is a big plus but not a requirement
  • Experience at a fast-growing software company or enterprise company strongly desired
  • Experience in product marketing and content creation
  • Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills
  • Desire to build and train a new team
