Cloud Security – Principal Product Manager


We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead security product management for our Automation Anywhere Cloud. The Automation Anywhere Cloud is the core strategic product direction for the company and the trust and confidence of our customers in the service relies on the security of the offering and is of paramount importance in driving the growth of the company. Hence this is a high visibility role that demands leadership presence and vision in conjunction with the ability to drive deliverables cross-functionally.

Your primary responsibilities will be to build trust with the customers and prospects of Automation Anywhere Cloud and drive maturity in our SecOps offerings. You'll be involved with launching some of the most exciting and innovative products at Automation Anywhere.

You demonstrate analytical thinking through data-driven decisions. You have the technical know-how, charisma, and ability to work with your team to make a big impact. This is a Bangaluru based position.

Primary Responsibilities

·Define the key security, compliance and data privacy elements of the cloud strategy that will meet Automation Anywhere Cloud customers and prospects' needs.

·Help drive and oversee projects related to cloud security and compliance in collaboration with Engineering partners.

·Develop a deep understanding of the cloud service, risk management, compliance and enterprise technology environment to effectively develop service enhancements

Build and develop cloud security and compliance to deliver best-in-class cloud services, continue to improve current security and compliance capabilities across our global infrastructure

·Partner with teams across Automation Anywhere to drive security objectives, work with engineering, product, operations, marketing and sales.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify ensure cloud security as the service evolves

· Engage with customers to drive definition and prioritize enhancements and key initiatives for the cloud services, ensuring the offerings fit and integrate securely in customer environments

·Develop and participate in go to market content and activities

·Become the product management reference for cloud security requirements and drive these across both existing and new initiatives

Skills & Requirements

·Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology.

·8+ years of industry experience in multiple security and compliance domains including: Security engineering, risk management, compliance (SOC1/2/3, ISO27001, HITRUST, FedRAMP, SOX), threat and vulnerability management, identity and access management, security operations, forensics, and other security domains

·The person in this role must have a proven track record of product management experience, strong presentation presence and demonstrate outstanding communication skills

· Demonstrable experience and knowledge in the following: Application and network security infrastructure controls including next generation firewalls, proxies, advanced malware controls, IDS / IPS and DLP, MFA, cloud automation and SEIM management tools

·Demonstrable experience with architecting enterprise security solutions including cloud solutions with AWS, GCP, Azure, and SaaS services

Education Requirements:

· BS Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

· Reputable MBA from India or overseas preferred

· Certifications a plus: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CASP, CEH, Security+, CCSP
