- Provide technical support to address complex product related issues in the heavy duty truck market segment as the final stop in an escalation process
- Develop and provide safe and compliant interim solutions to minimize customer downtime.
Apply advanced root cause tools to enhance diagnostics, improve communications and understanding to reduce ambiguity, complexity and downtime
- Formulate repair plans to address complex product issues as final step in escalation process.
Where will you work? The Field Service Engineer role will be based in Birmingham, Alabama.
