Customer Care Call Center Agent

 

Key Outcomes
 

  • To positively represent the Autocar Brand and provide Best in Class customer care thru all customer interactions, internal and external
  • Facilitate on behalf of customer matching customer urgency on all matters
  • Able to navigate thru various systems gathering factual information to answer customer inquiries 
  • Interact with other departments to gain answers needed to resolve customer need
  • Work with 3rd parties to order and expedite orders
  • Investigate issues gathering factual information to present to customer with goal of resolution
  • Case manage customer need, maintaining and managing need to resolution

 

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Answer incoming calls and email requests in a timely, courteous and detailed manner
  • Support customer orders
  • Answer general inquiry questions (price/availability, etc)
  • Handle complaints in a professional manor with ability to resolve and identify when issue needs escalated to manager

Position Requirements
 

  • Understanding the significant impact customer experience has on the business and adhere to high standards in all customer interactions
  • Call Center/Order Entry experience a plus
