• Utilizes software for OEM diagnostics, very computer savvy
• Electrical systems guru/ multiplex experience
• Schematics and bills of materials use and understanding
• Utilizes five whys of root cause analysis
• Identify parts needs, component breakdowns
• Safety systems experience (ADAS, sensors, modules)
• Driveline and suspension experience
• Braking systems experience
• Can repair their vehicles as well as other vehicles

Experience:

• Minimum six years experience or four-year degree and four plus years experience.
