Your Mission
As a Solutions Technician, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers, dealers, service providers, and other stakeholders seeking support for Autocar products.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot truck issues over the phone using strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Guide customers and service personnel through effective troubleshooting and repair processes.
- Investigate and resolve technical concerns involving Autocar vehicles.
- Deliver timely and professional support to anyone seeking assistance with an Autocar product.
- Drive issues to resolution while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Follow established processes while demonstrating persistence and creativity in identifying the best solution.

Required Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective while managing technical issues.
- Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous electrical diagnostic experience.
- Experience supporting heavy-duty trucks, commercial vehicles, or related equipment.
- Background in technical support, service operations, maintenance, or repair environments.
