Position: Sr. Manager/Associate Director, Marketing and Sales Training
Department: Marketing
Location: Remote
 
This position will report to the Director of Marketing.

 
 
Overview
The Sr. Manager/Associate Director of Marketing and Sales Training will be responsible for seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused team member to support both brand marketing initiatives and the implementation of sales training across the field force. This individual will serve as a key connector between Marketing, Sales Leadership, Sales Training, and Field Teams, ensuring that strategy is translated into actionable tools, resources, and confident execution in the field.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Brand Marketing  
  • Support development and execution of brand marketing strategy and tactics
  • Manage logistics and implementation of new marketing materials and tools for the field, conference materials and booth builds
  • Ensure alignment across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and Sales
  • Track and analyze field feedback and performance insights to refine tactics and training
  • Project manage timelines to ensure on-time rollout of campaigns and training initiatives
  • Assist with vendor management and agency coordination where appropriate
Sales Training
  • Translate marketing strategy into training curricula 
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs, workshops, and POA meetings
  • Develop clear field-facing guidance, including training decks, resource overviews, and FAQ tools
  • Support digital platform utilization (LMS, Veeva, content repositories) for training deployment
  • Facilitate onboarding, new hire training and development of Sales Representatives and Field Leadership
 
Requirements: 
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience, with a focus on marketing.
  • 2-3 years of field sales experience or sales training is preferred.
  • Proven ability to execute marketing tactics from conception to field sales distribution,
  • Demonstrated ability to work with medical, legal, compliance and regulatory to spearhead projects through MLR reviews.
  • Proven ability to lead agencies and vendor partners with strong project management for timelines and budgets.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, presentation skills and PPT expertise, with proven ability in facilitation.
  • Strategic, collaborative, and adaptable with the ability to work independently, while fostering strong internal and external partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and travel up to 35% throughout the country.
