Production Team Leader

With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide.
We are currently searching for a Production Team Lead (all shifts) to join our team at our Spartanburg Plant located in Spartanburg, SC.
What you will do:
- Relieve operators and forklift drivers during breaks.
- Enter production data for pace boards, accountability boards, OEE Reports, and other reports as assigned.
- Good understanding of disposition of scrap.
- Ensure that all processes are within QC standards and procedures.
- Record any necessary production and scrap information daily.
- Maintain standards of housekeeping and cleanliness for work area and equipment (5S).
- Follow all workplace safety rules and regulations and attend all safety training sessions
- Provide feedback to Production Management that will assist in the optimization of production processes.
- Notify Production Management of any issues that impede the completion of daily production, quality, and safety requirements.
- Follow all company policies, procedures; break schedules, and start/stop times.
- Interact with fellow associates in a team-based cooperative and respectful manner.
- Execution of any additional tasks as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:
- 3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment
- 1-2 years in leadership role or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Good Attendance
- Good communication skills / verbal and written
- Proficient in basic math and use of calculator
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & Email
- Clear understanding of the importance of Escalation Process Policy
- Strong attention to detail of documentation and production floor processes
- Ability to safely operate a forklift
- Available to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Ability to adapt to multiple production changes as needed per customer requirement
