We are currently searching for Needleboard Technician to join our team at our Auria Plant in Albemarle, NC.

What you will do:

• Knock out and replace defective needle boards used in the mainline operations.
• Assist in the removal and installation of needle boards in the looms as needed.
• Assist in maintaining proper identification of the various sets of needle boards.
• Maintain housekeeping in and around the needle board repair racks, including assisting with emptying the receptacle used to temporarily hold broken/removed needles.
• Maintain the tool storage area, including alerting Supervisors of any tools needing to be replaced.
• Monitor the availability of the various types of needles needed to complete the needle board repair process. This includes alerting Supervisors of the need for additional needles from storeroom to maintain inventory between MIN/MAX levels.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to understand and follow instructions/directions without need for constant follow-up.

• Needs to be self-starter, requiring minimal supervision to be able to fulfill assigned tasks.
