We are currently searching for a Supply Chain Sustaintability Specialist to join our global team.

This role will support the implementation and execution of our global supplier sustainability programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate supplier sustainability assessments, questionnaires, and follow-up activities to ensure timely and complete responses.
  • Support supplier engagement initiatives by developing communication materials, sustainability guidance documents, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Collect, validate, and maintain supplier sustainability data, including greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy usage, recycled content, water consumption, waste management metrics, certifications, and other ESG indicators.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve the quality, completeness, and accuracy of Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions data.
  • Maintain supplier sustainability databases, records, and reporting documentation.
  • Prepare sustainability reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to support internal stakeholders, customer requests, and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Support ESG disclosure activities, including EcoVadis, CDP, customer sustainability surveys, and other reporting frameworks.
  • Assist Procurement teams in monitoring supplier compliance with Auria’s Supplier Code of Conduct and sustainability expectations.
  • Track supplier sustainability performance, identify reporting gaps, and support corrective action follow-up when needed.
  • Maintain sustainability documentation required for audits, customer inquiries, and compliance reviews.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of supplier sustainability processes, tools, and reporting practices.

What you will bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Sustainability, ESG, or related areas within a global manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions accounting and supplier sustainability programs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: 

  • Experience working with large data sets, reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel analysis.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Experience preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance-related activities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
