Job Summary 
his role is responsible for supporting the category and channel, with a specific focus on ATTINDAS brands and products for Southern Europe, within the Spanish Reimbursed market. The core business scope centers on Heavy Incontinence products for the Reimbursed Channel, as well as Export markets.
 The position includes full brand marketing management for the Reimbursed Business, covering Incopack IndaSlip, Indasform, and Addermis. Through this responsibility, the role contributes directly to strengthening channel leadership and driving sustainable business growth. A solid understanding of Global, Regional, and Local Category strategies is required in order to effectively translate these strategies into channel-specific initiatives.

 Marketing Leadership 
The incumbent acts as the Marketing Lead for the assigned category and channel, including:
  • Supporting the definition of the winning product assortment.
  • Developing and executing marketing programs designed to accelerate channel growth and reinforce market leadership.
 
Key responsibilities 
  • Marketing Leadership and Category Management  
The incumbent will act as the Southern Europe (SE) Marketing Lead for the assigned category and channel, playing a key role in defining the winning product assortment and developing marketing programs to drive sustainable growth
    • Utilizes analytics and consumer/market insights to inform product definition and strategic direction. 
    • Develops a deep understanding of category and channel dynamics to support effective decision-making. 
    • Maintains strong knowledge of technical product specifications to enable impactful marketing programs and high-quality creative execution. 
Builds and sustains strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.
 
Product Launches and Strategic Alignment
  • Actively participates in the implementation of Product and Packaging launches, ensuring executional excellence and timely delivery. 
  • Coordinates strategies with the Category Marketing Team to leverage overall direction, drive efficiencies, and ensure alignment in claims development and product design. 
Marketing Execution and Project Delivery
  • Delivers multiple key marketing projects across the full marketing mix, including but not limited to:  
    • Licensing initiatives
    • Trade shows and events
    • Marketing research
    • Claims and iconography development
    • Brand equity standards
Digital marketing initiatives and websites
 
Sales Enablement and Market Engagement
  • Provides strategic guidance for the development of selling materials (collateral, training tools, etc.) for the field sales force across all Attindas brands under scope. 
  • Leads sales presentations as appropriate to support commercial execution. 
  • Works directly with the Sales team to gain deep market knowledge and provide targeted marketing support. 
  • Participates in the Professional Program together with the Product Specialist to strengthen market engagement. 
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Partnerships
  • Manages partnerships with a wide range of internal and external agencies and vendors. 
Works cross-functionally to ensure company-wide involvement and alignment in marketing plans for the category and channels.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Phd in Pharmacy preferred but non critical
  • Marketing or Business school; MBA or Master preferred
  • 6 to 10 years of minimum preferred experience
  • Solid background in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, and patient access within the Spanish healthcare system. 
  • Proven experience in managing KOLs, market access initiatives and collaboration with health authorities. 
  • Extensive experience in cross-functional leadership and public affairs.
