PMO Project Manager – Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) or Novés (Toledo)
Are you ready to lead impactful projects in a global environment? At Attindas Hygiene Partners, we are looking for a PMO Project Manager to drive key cross-functional initiatives and help shape the future of our business.
What will you do?
- Lead cross-functional teams on medium to large-scale projects, including innovation, capital installations, brand relaunches, major commercial bids, and cost-saving programs.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, following our Unitas Project Management process.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management practices and help develop other Project Managers across the organization.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management, ideally in multinational environments and with robust PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- PMO certification (or currently working towards it).
- Ability to lead teams without direct authority, influence, and motivate colleagues from different areas.
- Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2), and Spanish; additional languages are a plus!
- Results-oriented, analytical mindset, and comfortable managing ambiguity.
- Experience in consumer goods, healthcare, or absorbent hygiene is highly valued.
