We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team! The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of integrated demand programs designed to drive engagement and pipeline generation through multiple channels. Success in this role will be measured by creating and managing programs to reach and nurture target accounts, generate and accelerate pipeline, and influence closed-won revenue. This is a hands-on role with a fast-paced, fast-growing company. 

What you will do:

  • Create compelling marketing campaigns that will produce qualified leads that will convert to sales
  • Build a repeatable and scalable pipeline engine that generates opportunities our Sales Team can leverage to achieve our revenue targets
  • Develop and execute account based marketing strategies
  • Apply the latest marketing techniques including lead, account and intent marketing to different target audiences
  • Optimize our demand generation efforts through analytics 
  • Consistently iterate and improve marketing programs through measurement testing and optimization
  • Communicate with the sales team to ensure alignment on the latest marketing programs and have the right tools/reporting to follow up as required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • A minimum of 7 years of demand generation experience in a B2B  Enterprise Software or SaaS company
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platforms (ideally Marketo)
  • Experience with SEO and Google Analytics
  • Experience in integrating modern demand generation strategies including content, email, digital and social marketing into compelling and cohesive campaigns
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to optimize how you invest in your demand generation efforts
  • A desire to work in a fast-past environment requiring you to wear many hats
  • Candidates may be asked to provide samples of campaigns they have designed and executed
