Job Description Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development, strategy, and lifecycle management of next-generation server infrastructure solutions, driving innovation in Cloud, HPC, Storage, and General-Purpose Server segments. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, Warehouse, Sales, External Partners, and HQ to ensure seamless execution of product strategies. Leveraging your marketing and customer-oriented skills, you will develop and maintain strong business relationships, gather customer feedback, and support sales initiatives by interacting directly with customers. This dynamic role requires strategic planning, cross-functional teamwork, and commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for server technologies based on market trends, customer needs, and business goals. Develop a go-to-market strategy for server products, including hardware and cloud-based solutions.
- Product Planning: Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels. Ensure these schedules are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities and constraints. Adapt schedules as necessary to respond to changes in demand, material availability, and production challenges. Communicate production plans and adjustments to key stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends within the PC industry, providing strategic insights for product development.
- Roadmap Planning: Define, manage, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with broader business goals and customer requirements.
- Launch and Positioning: Drive impactful product launches by developing compelling positioning and messaging strategies to maximize market penetration and product success.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create effective sales tools, collateral, and training programs that enhance sales efficacy.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with preferably in Computer Science, Electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Information system
- Minimum 7+ years of experience on Server platforms with proven track record of sales on top Service Providers, Enterprise customers and System Integrators
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding for servers, storage, enterprise applications and commercial related server industry

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective in pre-sales engineering discussions, oral communication, and presentations.
- Experienced in completing RFI, RFP, and RFQ documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Working Conditions
- Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
- Up to 30% domestic travel.
$120,000 - $190,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. It does not include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off, EAP, & 401(k). The final amount will be determined based on the qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
