“My ASUS life began in March 2017 with the Commercial Support Team, and since then, I was given the opportunity of discovery, growth, and development. In August 2018, I received another thrilling opportunity to lead the Service Development team. Through my work, I’m able to contribute to the current overall user-service experience from B2B to B2C levels. I also have the trust to initiate new projects to drive higher overall customer satisfaction and improve productivity. My focus on a daily basis is to drive the success of our existing ASUS support programs and provide my team with the same culture of trust I am accustomed to. I am lucky to have a management team that continuously promotes a culture of individuality and personally driven initiatives. This has given me a chance to leave my fingerprint on the ASUS Service Experience.”
“I joined ASUS in September 2018. I’m so lucky to join a warm accounting department with a group of smart and supportive peers. 2018 was a special year for the sales tax industry. With the Wayfair Supreme Court ruling, which changed the fundament of US sales tax, the very first challenge I had was to complete a thorough tax research of its effect on our sales tax compliance in all 50 states, which I successfully finished before the end of 2018.
Challenges like this could come up suddenly. We have new products or projects being launched every month. We discuss and cooperate with other teams to ensure tax and IFRS compliance. If you have great passion for your major and are not afraid of conquering new challenges, ASUS is willing to provide you the chance to grow. Even though my journey with ASUS first started in the indirect tax area, thanks for the trust and support from my manager, my responsibility has been expanded to other tax areas now, as well as reviewing and improving the monthly financial statement quality of ASUS’s subsidiaries in Mexico.

“I began working at ASUS five years ago in the MIS/IT Department. I was a recent graduate of the University of Phoenix in Oakland and earned my bachelor’s in Information Technology. I work at the IT Service Desk in which I have the opportunity to interact with many of the ASUS teams from different cultures, backgrounds, and locations. I love working on computers and learning what makes a computer work. Therefore, learning the aspects of enterprise systems and end-user software is essential. In our MIS Department, we strive for excellence and knowledge to get our ASUS employees back to work after an issue, so they can strive for their excellence in service.”
“My job is to write, film, and edit video content for the marketing team as well as assisting with the weekly ROG livestream. My favorite aspect of my job is the variety of things I film or photograph, from shiny new products to gaming events; there’s always something new. Even when the travel gets exhausting, being able to share our products and event experiences with people around the world is very rewarding.”
“I have worked at ASUS for a little over two years now. I started with Inside Sales and now I work with the Product Management team. In Inside Sales, I processed orders, did product set-ups, and processed demo requests. As a part of the Product Management team, I expanded my product set-up role and also added new tasks, such as supply chain management and vendor trainings. I’ve learned many things during my short time at ASUS. One of those things is that there is always room for growth here. I have been fortunate to have great management that gives me new ways to grow every day, but also fosters a sense of accomplishment and enjoyment. Work isn’t always easy, but I can take pride in knowing that my work is appreciated by those around me and that it makes a difference.
