Job Description Overview:

The Commercial Service Account Specialist shall be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service experience.  The candidate shall provide a proactive customer service experience for all accounts assigned.  The scope will involve and require the candidate to perform the following functions: proactively communicate and respond to assigned accounts, anticipate client’s needs and address accordingly, coordinating internal / external resources, and maintaining documentation.*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive client engagement and positive user experience throughout the service life cycle
  • Support and maintain service oriented solutions geared towards Commercial accounts
  • Create, update, edit and enhance reporting and support documentation
  • Prepares presentation materials and reports for team level and management level audiences
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Required Qualification:

Years of Education  

  • BA/BS in business related field and/or equivalent Commercial experience


Work Experience

  • 2 years’ experience in related field

 
Knowledge and Skills

  • Passion for technology
  • Proactive and able to work well independently  as well as in a team environment and cross functional teams
  • Strong ownership and organization skills
  • Familiar with MS Visio and MS Excel in order to successfully execute projects
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the products, services and support policies in order to be an effective team member
  • Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in commercial markets or similar industries

Working Conditions:

  • Typically works in an office environment
  • Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
