Sales Product Manager

Job Description Overview:
A Sales Product Manager will be responsible to excel between sales management and product management. It includes strategic planning, P&L, inventory, logistic, merchandising, and channel management. This position requires extensive interaction with sales team and customer alike. To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated, energetic, organized, detail oriented, and have passionate about new consumer technologies. (Main product lines: Consumer Display, Consumer Networking, Gaming Peripherals)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for sales target and profitability target of assigned product line and/or account
- Collaboration with ASUS Sales team
- Product life cycle strategic planning, P&L
- Nation and regional retailer engagement
- Collaborate for inventory management including weekly sales and inventory analysis and retail advertisement analysis
- Perform competitive analysis and propose/design channel retail promotion plan
- 3rd party market data analysis
- Online and offline retail merchandising, digital marketing
- Attend industry related trade show and joint customer meeting
- Perform other job duties as assigned*
Required Qualifications:
Years of Education
College degree in related field or 3+ years equivalent job experience
Work Experience
- 3+ years of PC or technology related experience
- Worked as sales, product manager, BDM, buyer, merchandiser, or related position
- Experience with national retailer and ecommerce customers
- Some team leadership experience preferred
Knowledge and Skills
- PC, Gaming and related eco-system
- Intermediate experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and manage work flow priorities
- Confident speaking in front of large groups and/or senior management
- Focused on taking initiative to solve problems and create positive results
- Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Working Conditions
- Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
- Up to 30% domestic and international travel
